Vignoble du Chant d’Oiseaux
Edouard Montigny warmly shares with you his love of the land, his respect for nature and his taste for working in the vineyard, which for him is a true vocation. He knows every inch of this 16-hectare vineyard like the back of his hand, and took over the reins in the 2006 harvest. He has put his love of the land and all his winemaking skills to work producing the specific crus of the two appellations, producing fine bottles that often win stars in wine guides and competitions.
He will be delighted to welcome you to his estate to taste his different cuvées, where he emphasises respect for the vines and soils, as well as the quality and specificity of the two appellations.
