Hugues Besnard and his wife raise their ducks in a traditional way. Their desire to bring quality, natural and tasteful products to consumers has led them to carry out all the stages of production, marketing, slaughter and processing on the farm.
Ducks are raised outdoors and fed on farm grain. They are then fed traditionally on grain corn. All canned food is made on site.
