At the Clossy farm, you will meet Patrick and his herd of more than 120 goats, all of whose milk is processed into cheeses. Patrick produces farm goat cheese (Anglo Nubian breed) in pyramid and log, but also plain and flavored dung, tommes and brick, aperitif corks, heart and round, ashy and faisselle.
