Ferme de Clossy
At the Clossy farm, you'll meet Foued and his herd of over 120 goats, all of whose milk is transformed into cheese. He produces farmhouse goat cheeses (Anglo-Nubian breed) in pyramid and log shapes, as well as plain and flavoured crottins, tommes and bricks, and aperitif, heart and round, ashy and faisselle corks.
You can find Clossy farm cheeses at the markets in Lamotte Beuvron (Friday morning), Orléans (Saturday morning) and Meung-sur-Loire (Sunday morning).
Farm eggs and honey from Jean-Pierre Brulant (Cravant) are also on sale at the farm, the perfect accompaniment to a good goat's cheese.
