Come and taste the sweets of yesteryear at the Modern Biscuiterie! The specialties of the Modern Biscuiterie, founded in 1962, are the rocks, the macaroons coconut and the pallets pure butter. All recipes are prepared with the same know-how transmitted by the grandfather of Mr. Jean-Michel Munier, the current production director. The cookies are regularly checked and analysed according to strict and precise control standards, and the workshop undergoes frequent updates to comply with food requirements.
Their only ambition is to make cookies and pastries of very high quality following traditional and authentic recipes to remind everyone of the delicious flavor of delicious cookies of the past.
