This small gîte for 4 people, near the village of Cléry-Saint-André, welcomes you between the Loire and the Sologne. It is located close to several houses, including the owners', with a passageway in front of the entrance, but has a small private enclosed courtyard.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs is a mezzanine with a sitting area and a bedroom (2 single beds, 1 double bed). Bed linen is provided. Electric heating at extra cost (individual meter, invoiced according to consumption). Horse-riding lessons by prior arrangement 1.5 km away.
