Peaceful, benevolent, full of strength and sensitivity, Étienne Magen?s stoneware and wood sculptures are presented in the magnificent setting of Saint-Étienne church. Since his adolescence, Étienne?s long work in clay has led him to an ongoing search for shapes and colors inspired by the "harvests" he picks up on his walks, and more figurative when they pay tribute to the harmony of the female body. With his eye that transcends reality, he gives the earth an emotional breath that leads to meditation and inner peace.
