Evelyne Richer welcomes you in her small functional and well decorated cottage, located on the church square in the charming town of Lailly-en-Val, close to the pond and shops. You will have access to the whole house except the living room: for the moment it serves as a workshop for the owner, who is an artist-painter (if you are interested, she will be happy to make you discover it...).
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and toilet, and upstairs a bedroom of 16m2 with a double bed, a living/bedroom area with a foldout sofa and a bathroom. No parking but possibility to park on the square (free).
