Elisa settled in Beaugency to make a living from her passion for aromatic and medicinal plants (certified AB). She grows them not far from the royal river, harvests them by hand and then invents her own beautiful, fragrant herbal teas.
Elisa will tell you the story of her plants, their uses and secrets, and invite you to taste them as an infusion. Then, with the few plants she has selected, it's your turn to learn about herbalism, create your own herbal tea and give it the name it inspires.
