In their artist?s studio, Roland and Solange have the idea of creating a picture book based on Victor Hugo?s novel Notre Dame de Paris. But where to start? How do you tell this rich story, which plunges us into a medieval fantasy? What images should we retain? Using elements and props, masks and puppets from their workshop, they will build scenes and perform them. In this way, they will embody a whole gallery of characters that the cathedral will bear witness to, and unfold before our very eyes this great, teeming fresco!
